Every developer payment plan is built from the same basic parts: a down payment, a schedule of installments over a number of years, and sometimes extra payments tied to milestones like delivery. Two units at the same headline price can cost you very differently once you read the plan carefully.

The building blocks of a plan

The down payment (المقدم) is the percentage you pay upfront to reserve and contract the unit. The plan length — commonly spread over several years — determines how the remaining amount is divided. Installments may be monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual, and some plans add a delivery payment or maintenance deposit. Longer plans usually mean a higher total price; shorter plans and bigger down payments often unlock discounts. Why the schedule matters more than the headline

A plan with small quarterly installments but a large delivery payment can surprise a buyer who did not plan for that lump sum. Equally, a plan that looks cheap monthly may stretch so long that the total becomes significantly higher. When buying resale, the picture adds another layer: what the seller already paid, what remains, and on what dates.
