Ras El Hekma Masterplan Targets $110bn of Investment by 2045
The Ras El Hekma masterplan — a 170.8 million square metre development stretching along 44km of Mediterranean coastline — is expected to attract around $110bn of investment by 2045, according to coverage by The Middle East Observer. The plan spans hospitality, residential, education, cultural and mixed-use districts anchored by a central business district, with a phased international airport also planned.
A project of this scale will define North Coast supply for a generation; owners of existing coastal units should watch how each delivery phase shifts the market's centre of gravity.
