SODIC's First-Half Sales More Than Triple to EGP 23.5bn
SODIC reported gross contracted sales of EGP 23.5bn for the first half of 2026 — up 201% year on year — on what it called broad-based demand across its projects, Enterprise reported. The developer handed over 557 units in the period, a 78% increase, with North Coast projects accounting for 302 of them.
Accelerating handovers matter for the resale market: every delivered phase adds ready-to-move supply, which is exactly the inventory most in demand among end-users.
