Emaar Misr Accelerates Marassi Red Sea as Soul Nears First Handover
Emaar Misr is accelerating construction at its Marassi Red Sea project, with multiple contractors and consultants engaged, Zawya reported. The developer is also nearing the handover of the first phase of its Soul resort on the North Coast, where reported investments exceed EGP 112bn, and has begun designing a longevity and wellness centre for its Marassi communities.
Marassi is already one of the deepest resale markets on the coast; a Red Sea sibling extends the brand — and its resale dynamics — to a second seasonal market.
