Madinet Masr Sustains $1bn Annual Sales and Pushes Fractional Ownership
Madinet Masr — developer of Taj City and Sarai in East Cairo — recorded around $1bn in sales in 2024 and again in 2025, Gulf News reported, and is pursuing expansion through offerings such as SAFE, a digital fractional-ownership platform launched in 2024 to open income-producing property to younger investors.
Fractional models are worth watching: they widen the investor base for Egyptian property and could eventually add a new layer of liquidity beneath the traditional resale market.
