Palm Hills Posts EGP 52bn in Q1 New Sales on Village de La Capitale Launch
Palm Hills Developments recorded EGP 52bn in total new sales in the first quarter of 2026 — 58% growth over its normalized base — driven by East Cairo, where sales jumped to EGP 29.5bn following the EGP 24bn launch of Village de La Capitale, according to Enterprise. Revenues rose 11.3% year on year to EGP 9.3bn, and the development backlog swelled to EGP 263bn.
A backlog that size is a multi-year construction pipeline — a signal of future handover waves that will eventually feed West and East Cairo's resale supply.
