SouthMed Crosses EGP 500bn in Cumulative Sales Since Its 2024 Launch
SouthMed, TMG's flagship destination on the North Coast, generated approximately EGP 94bn in sales during the first half of 2026 — including EGP 87bn in the second quarter alone — bringing cumulative sales since its July 2024 launch to around EGP 500bn, according to Daily News Egypt.
The scale of SouthMed's absorption is reshaping expectations for the wider Ras El Hekma corridor, and early buyers are already watching how a resale market forms around a project of this size.
