TMG Holding Posts EGP 219bn in First-Half 2026 Sales
Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG) announced first-half 2026 sales of EGP 219.1bn, compared with EGP 211bn in the first half of 2025, according to Daily News Egypt. The group credited sustained demand across its portfolio of integrated communities and mixed-use developments in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
For resale buyers and sellers, sustained primary-market momentum at Egypt's largest listed developer is a useful demand signal: strong developer sales tend to support secondary-market pricing in mature TMG communities such as Madinaty and Al Rehab.
